PROCESS

Today’s leaders manage ever-changing environments and require an ever-evolving approach. New generations entering the workforce, managing through a global pandemic and all its fallout, deep political divisions, our society’s reckoning around the deep, systemic, ingrained racism at work in every layer of our fabric all contribute to an environment that demands leaders able to embody mindsets centered on self-awareness, relationships, and healing.

We help leaders examine the systems in which they are working, including the ways in which inequities have been designed into the systems themselves. We engage in a process that investigates and acknowledges leaders’ strengths and weaknesses, and their abilities to manage within the systems they lead. We tap into their emotional intelligence, center their unique gifts, and work to build an embodied, liberatory lens into their practice.

Dynamic Coaching engagements include weekly 1:1 coaching, a guided leadership self study, team dynamics interviews and meeting observation, and one 90-minute long team session per month.


FEES

Our fee structure for Dynamic Coaching engagements ranges, depending on the total number of leadership team members with whom we are working. The baseline for this engagement begins at $5,000 per month for a minimum 6 month commitment.

Women’s Brain Trust has been a voice of reason and support leading in a large, bureaucratic environment during these challenging times. They coordinated monthly team development conversations to support us in identifying areas of growth, creating stronger collaboration practices, and continuing to unify us as a collective leadership group.

The 1-1 coaching has been really successful in lifting themes for discussion that are identified at group sessions and/or identifying solutions for a specific, timely problem of practice. WBT has been very flexible in their coaching approach and has shifted their coaching strategy based on client needs. For instance, as a woman of color in leadership, I felt the need to develop a connection with a coach based on my marginalized identity. The current WBT coach was supportive, kind, and experienced, but (I was) missing an identity connection. WBT quickly supported me by connecting me with a BIPOC woman leadership coach while simultaneously continuing coaching conversations that addressed the collective senior leadership work.
