    What We’ll Do: Use a storytelling framework to craft, refine, and practice your personal leadership story, connecting your values, learning, and future aspirations.

  • Lab 1: Unfinished Business

    Bring your questions or drafts for live coaching and peer reflection so that together we can clarify strengths, growth edges, and story flow.

    Lab 2: Interview Practice

    Practice real interview questions in live rounds with feedback using the Clarity / Confidence / Connection rubric, followed by optional group reflection.
