Beyond Election Day: Turning Campaign Experience into Career Clarity
A 3-Part Learning Series + Coaching Labs for the VA and NJ Coordinated Teams
When the campaign ends, what comes next?
Campaign work demands everything - your energy, conviction, late nights, and deep belief in the cause. When the cycle ends, the transition can feel disorienting. The pace slows, the purpose shifts, and questions arise: What did I learn? What do I want next? Who am I now as a leader? Beyond Election Day helps campaign professionals make meaning of their experience and chart what’s next with clarity, confidence, and connection.
