Beyond Election Day: Turning Campaign Experience into Career Clarity

3-Part Workshop Series + Coaching Labs for the VA Coordinated Team

When the campaign ends, what comes next?

Campaign work demands everything: energy, conviction, stamina, and heart. When it’s over, it’s normal to feel both proud and uncertain (and countless more feelings). Beyond Election Day was created as a space to pause, reflect, and begin to reconnect with yourself and what’s next.

Wherever you are in your process - exhausted, invigorated, empty, unsure - you are welcome here. There’s no need to have it all figured out. This series is meant to support you as a starting place, it’s a supportive container for reflection, insight, and clarity as you transition into your next chapter.
