Behind every winning campaign is a strong, aligned team, and we partner with candidates and campaign managers to develop the leaders who make that possible. Our coaching helps to prepare and support candidates and campaign leaders to grow as individuals, lead people well, and build teams that can withstand the stress of campaign life. The result is stronger alignment, clearer communication, and a greater capacity to win, now and in the long term. This work is an investment not just in one cycle, but in the future of the movement.
Stacy and Jenna have coached and developed senior leaders in the 2020 Biden for President and 2024 Harris for President teams, at the DNC, the DSCC, the DCCC, the ASDC, Blue Leadership Collaborative, Fair Fight, Empower Project, EMILYs List, Planned Parenthood, Communication Workers of America, and more.
