    • Full-team retreat

    • Emotional intelligence + values-based culture-building

    • Findings + recommendations

  • As your team scales, this phase supports long-term effectiveness. We focus on reinforcing healthy habits, deepening collaboration, and strengthening resilience—so your team can adapt, communicate, and stay aligned through the inevitable ups and downs of campaign life. We engage in:

    • Continued coaching

    • Onboarding interviews + team surveys

    • Goal-setting workshops

    • Learning sessions + open office hours

  • As the campaign winds down, we support your team in reflecting, honoring what was built, and preparing for what’s next. Through closure sessions and individual coaching, we help leaders transition with clarity—and carry forward the lessons from this cycle into the future:
