Guided Leadership Self Study

A process to gather, synthesize, and act on feedback gathered from your colleagues about your leadership.

PROCESS

The Guided Leadership Self Study process invites you to engage with insights gathered from your colleagues about your leadership. The process invites people who know you well to reflect on their experiences working with and relating to you, and on the challenges they see you facing.

Our goals are two-fold. Our first goal is to take you through a process to gather, synthesize, and act on feedback. You’ll drive your own learning, and we’ll make sure  it is a deeply impactful study of your habits, patterns, and behaviors. Our second goal, of equal importance, is to leave you with a replicable process. We are there with you to initiate self-reflection and change, and we hope you carry the process forward, repeat it, share it, and iterate to meet your team’s development needs.

FEES

The cost for each individual member of your team to engage in the Guided Leadership Self Study Process ranges, depending on the size of your team, from $500 - $1,000 per person.

We recommend a minimum of two coaching cycles to accompany the Guided Leadership Self Study Process for maximum impact and reflection space. We offer coaching in packages of 4 session-cycles; the cost for each cycle is $1,000.

The 360 leadership study administered by Women’s Brain Trust (WBT) was truly an eye opening experience that every leader (at some point or periodically) should include as part of their leadership journey. The study provided an anonymous opportunity for peers and staff to share how they experience my leadership including areas of strength, growth and opportunities in our collaboration and in my leadership overall. The questions had a broad lens and also provided direction to allow for open sharing. The responses were clearly summarized and highlighted common themes across all feedback while including direct comments shared by respondents. The summary was coupled with debrief sessions for each senior leader to support reflection and processing of the information to inform the next steps for each of us. 5 out 5 experience!
